(1) The property of the trust cannot be sold and distributed and cannot be given as usufructuary rights.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), for the purposes of section 5, the Board of Directors of the Trust, the Government of Nepal, With the approval of the Council of Ministers and the consent of the committee related to section 24, the assets of the trust can be sold and distributed.

(3) The amount received from the sale and distribution of the assets of the trust can be used for the administrative expenses of the trust
